Description
Welcome to Spring 10k Training! Whether your goal is to complete the distance or improve at the distance this program is for you. For beginners, we'll build you from a base of 2-3 miles all the way to confidentially tackling 6.2 miles on race day. For those already running 15+ miles a week and wondering what's next, we'll challenge you with the introduction of structured tempo and interval work. Our target race is the Annapolis Striders Dawson’s Father’s Day 10K.
Group training runs will start from the intersection of Jones Station and the B&A Trail in Severna Park on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM and Saturday mornings at 7AM.
