The race.
The Anxious for Nothing 5K Color Run takes place on October 3, 2026, at Falling Creek Park in Bedford, VA. Participants run or walk a 5K course while passing through color stations where volunteers apply colored powder. Runners who register by September 15 receive a race shirt; those registering after that date or on race day do not receive a shirt. Day-of registrants also do not receive a medal. An after-party with additional color powder follows the race.
