About the race
The race.
The ASH Foundation Run/Walk offers 3K and 5K courses starting at 7:30 a.m. on December 6, 2026, in New Orleans. Participants may run in person along the Riverwalk and through Woldenberg Park, or choose a virtual option. In-person registrants receive a commemorative chip-timed bib and t-shirt (guaranteed if registered by November 6), plus post-race snacks. Virtual participants receive a digital bib. Packet pickup for in-person runners takes place at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, Hall D, on December 10–12 (no day-of pickup available). All proceeds benefit the ASH Foundation.
