Bear Lake Ultra 2026

The race.

Bear Lake Ultra is a 24-hour running event held October 3, 2026, in Lapeer, Michigan. Participants complete as many 3.1-mile loops as desired around rolling terrain featuring single-track trails, wide trails, grass sections, and bridge crossings. The race begins at 8 a.m. with chip timing and an aid station stocked with food and beverages at the start/finish. Registration costs $96 and includes a hooded sweatshirt, Friday dinner, weekend tent camping, and a mystery gift for those registered by September 1. Runners completing 100 or more miles receive a belt buckle; top male and female finishers earn a custom pint glass. All race profits benefit Lions Bear Lake Blind Camp, a 501(c)(3) organization.
