The race.
Beat the Bird 5K & 10K takes place on November 21, 2026, in Columbus, GA, starting at 8:00 am from Hardaway High School. The event features a 5K and 10K option, with courses on roads and Rails to Trails terrain. Participants can register as Columbus Roadrunners members or non-members. All finishers receive medals, and top finishers in overall, masters, and age group categories (14-under through 70+) earn awards. Registration must be completed by November 13 to guarantee a finisher shirt. Packet pickup occurs on November 20 from 12–6 pm at Big Dog Fleet Feet; no race day pickup is available. This race is part of the Holiday Classic Series.
