Beaufort Bridge Run 5K & 1+ Mile Dog Strut 2026

The race.

The Beaufort Bridge Run 5K & 1+ Mile Dog Strut takes place on November 7, 2026, in Beaufort, NC. The 5K course traverses both the Gallants Channel Bridge and Turner Street Bridge. Additional distances include a 1-mile fun run, 1.2-mile dog strut, 1.5-mile dog strut, and untimed salty dog walks. The course is USATF certified with chip timing. Registration and packet pickup occur November 6 from 4–6 p.m. at Cru Wine Bar & Coffee Shop, and race morning from 7–7:55 a.m. at Middle Lane and Craven Street. The first 200 registered participants receive a race t-shirt (not available for runners under 12). Race fees are $35 for adults and free for children under 12 (military discount $30, increasing to $40/$35 after October 26). Awards are given in multiple 5K categories including overall, master (40+), and age-based divisions for both male and female. Post-race refreshments and breakfast are provided by sponsors.
