The race.
The Blake Pottle Foundation hosts its 5th Annual Opt Outside to Fight Cancer Run/Walk on July 19, 2026, in North Bend, WA. Participants can choose between a 5K run/walk or a 1K kids' event. Race check-in, shirt pickup, timing bib distribution, and same-day registration begin at 9:00 a.m. PST, with the 1K starting at 10:00 a.m. PST and the 5K beginning shortly after. All proceeds benefit the Blake Pottle Foundation, which funds support and awareness for those affected by cancer while partnering with healthcare and community organizations on cancer research, prevention, and detection. Kids, adults, and pets are welcome to participate.
