Boot Run 5K - RGVLS Champs for Champions 2026

The race.

The Boot Run 5K is held in Mercedes, Texas on February 21, 2026. This timed 5K race is open to participants ages 11 and over and offers gender and age divisions (11–17, 18–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, and 60+). Finisher medals are awarded to top three finishers in each division. Registration occurs in phases: early bird through August 31, regular through September 30, late through October 18, and race week through October 23, with packet pickup on October 24 from 5–8 p.m. or race morning from 7–7:30 a.m.
