About the race
The race.
The Brackenridge Alumni Dash 5K and 5K Relay takes place on August 1, 2026, at 7:30 a.m. at 400 Eagleland Drive in San Antonio, Texas. Participants can run the full 5K consisting of three laps around the Brackenridge campus or join the 3-person relay format with each runner completing one lap. The event benefits the Brackenridge Cross Country Team. All finishers receive a medal, and race shirts are available for an additional $10. Awards are given to top male and female relay teams and top male and female 5K finishers in 10-year age divisions. Packet pickup details will be announced later.
