Breezy Inline Speed Skate 10k race 2026

The race.

The Breezy Inline Speed Skate 10k race takes place September 12, 2026, in Queens, NY, featuring a 10-kilometer flat, out-and-back course at Rockaways between Beach Channel Drive and Beach 116th Street, and between Beach 149th Street and Rockaway Beach Boulevard. Skaters turn around in front of the Breezy Point Community booth. Day-of registration is available and closes 20 minutes before the race start; online pre-registration is encouraged. Helmets are required, and race bibs must be pinned on the right side. Top-3 finishers in men's and women's categories receive medals and merchandise and must appear at the podium 20 minutes after the race concludes to claim prizes. The race course remains open to vehicle traffic and is marked with signs, cones, and marshals.
