The race.
The Butts & Guts 5K takes place on August 15, 2026, in New Orleans, Louisiana, benefiting the GIANT LEAP Foundation and The Roots of Music. The 5K course runs through Audubon Park, starting and finishing at Audubon Park Shelter 10. Packet pickup begins at 7:30 AM, with the race starting at 8:30 AM and an awards ceremony at 9:30 AM. Finishers receive a race T-shirt, medal, and access to post-race food and refreshments.
