The race.
CajunMan offers multiple race formats on September 6, 2026, in Lafayette, LA, including a 5K run/walk. The 5K course covers 3.1 miles through Lafayette Regional Airport grounds, starting and finishing near the transition area by Airport Lake. The course is marked with volunteers stationed throughout and includes at least five aid stations providing water, fluid replacement drinks, and encouragement. Participants must be USA Triathlon licensed members (one-day licenses available for $15) to enter individual and relay categories. Packet pickup details will be announced, and participants must present a picture ID at pickup. The race proceeds rain or shine with no refunds offered.
