The race.
The Cougar Mountain Trail Run Series holds monthly races in Bellevue, WA, with the October 2026 event scheduled for October 31st. Four distances are offered: 31.07 miles, 19.5 miles, 7.6 miles, and 3.1 miles. Start times vary by distance, with the 19.5-mile and 31.07-mile races beginning at 8 AM, the 7.6-mile race at 9 AM, and the 3.1-mile race at 9:30 AM. A portion of entry fees supports King County Parks. The October race features a costume contest with awards for best individual and best group costumes. Post-race refreshments and beer from Flying Lion Brewery are provided.
