The race.
The Cranford Cupcake 5K takes place Sunday, August 23, 2026, at Nomahegan Park in Cranford, New Jersey. Packet pickup occurs race morning from 7:30 to 8:45 a.m., with an early pickup option Saturday, August 22 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Fleet Feet of Summit. The 5K race starts at 9:15 a.m. on a flat course. Awards go to the top three male and female finishers in each of eleven age groups (11 and under through 70+). Post-race refreshments include regular, vegan, and gluten-free cupcakes. Race proceeds benefit Metavivor Breast Cancer Research.
