Crusader Cross Country Classic 2026

The race.

The 1st Annual Crusader Cross Country Classic takes place August 22, 2026, in Muskegon, Michigan, at Muskegon Catholic Central Monsignor Kehren Stadium. The event features a 5K race with three start times: 8:15 a.m. for high school boys, 9:00 a.m. for high school girls, and 9:45 a.m. for an alumni and community race open to all participants. The course starts and finishes on the stadium's track and loops around the school's athletic fields. Registration costs $25 through August 21 and $30 on race day via RunSignUp. First-place male and female finishers receive mini trophies; all other finishers receive custom vinyl stickers. Packet pickup begins at 7:15 a.m. at a table inside the stadium. Race proceeds benefit the school's cross country and track and field programs.
