Cupcake Crawl 2026

The race.

The Cupcake Crawl takes place August 29, 2026, at Al Lopez Park in Tampa, Florida, benefiting Celebrate Birthdays, a nonprofit supporting foster children and children in need. Participants can register for a chip-timed 5K or a 1-mile Cup1K Dash. The 5K starts at 8:00 a.m. and the Cup1K at 9:00 a.m., with packet pickup from 7:00 to 7:45 a.m. on race day. All finishers receive a cupcake voucher; 5K finishers receive a medal. Pre-registered participants are guaranteed a race shirt; late registrants receive shirts while supplies last. The 5K features overall and age-group awards (5-year divisions, 9 & under through 70+), and the Cup1K is a fun run for children. Festivities include a celebration station with vendors, face painting, and balloon artists through noon.
