Dobie Dash 2026

The race.

The Dobie Dash takes place October 17, 2026, in McAllen, TX at Dorothea Brown Middle School (2700 S Ware Rd). Two distances are offered: a 3.1-mile run and a 1K, both starting at 7:45 a.m. The 3.1-mile participants receive a bib, dri-fit shirt, and finisher medal, with age group awards for male and female categories. The 1K finishers receive a medal. Packet pickup occurs at the school's south building entrance from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. on a date to be announced. The t-shirt deadline is September 25, 2026. Proceeds benefit the Dorothea Brown Middle School Athletic Department.
