The race.
The Down Syndrome Awareness Walk/Run takes place on October 4, 2026, at Centennial Park in Plymouth, Indiana. Participants can choose between a 1-mile fun run starting at 2:30 PM or a 5K run/walk beginning approximately 20–30 minutes later. T-shirt pickup and registration open at 1 PM, with opening ceremonies at 2:15 PM. T-shirts are guaranteed for those who register by September 18. The event features food trucks, raffles, and a 50/50 drawing on-site. Proceeds benefit individuals with special needs in the community.
