The Faith Mission Turkey Stampede presented by Adams Remco, Inc. takes place on Thanksgiving morning, November 26, 2026, in Elkhart, Indiana. Participants can choose from seven distance options: a 10K run, 5K run, 5K walk, 1-mile walk, and shorter distances. The 10K course begins on Jackson Street and loops through Elkhart's north end and the Strong Avenue historic neighborhood, with an additional lap around McNaughton Park. The 5K follows most of the same route, while the 1-mile walk circles Island Park. All finishers receive medals at the finish line on Jackson Street. Optional race shirts are available for an additional $15. Entry fees benefit Faith Mission of Michiana, which provides food and housing assistance. Packet pickup is available at four locations during the week before race day, with last-minute registration on race morning.
