The race.
The Dragonslayer Fantasy Dash and Strut is a 5K walk-or-run event held September 12, 2026, in Portland, OR at Gabriel Park. Participants are invited to wear costumes representing fantasy characters of any kind. The course features gravel and trail pathways with mild inclines and includes themed Villain Zones along the route, concluding at a Heroes Village area. Leashed dogs and strollers with suitable wheels for unpaved terrain are welcome. The event benefits PledgeIt for Charities.
