Fall - Mud Mountain Dam Marathon & Half Marathon 2026

The race.

On September 19, 2026, the Tacoma City Marathon Association will host the Fall Mud Mountain Dam Marathon & Half Marathon in Enumclaw, Washington. The marathon starts at Mud Mountain Dam at 1,400 feet elevation and descends 1,200 feet on a fully paved route through farmland and forest along the Carbon River, finishing at the McMillin Bridge. The half marathon begins in South Prairie at 467 feet elevation and descends 339 feet on the paved Foothills Rail Trail, also finishing at the McMillin Bridge. A 5K option is also available. The marathon and half marathon courses are fully paved with no dirt or tunnel sections.
