First Steps Nashville hosts Run Walk Roll for All Abilities on April 11, 2026, at Lipscomb Academy Football and Track & Field Facility in Nashville, TN. Participants can choose a 1-mile walk and fun run around the track or register for a virtual 5K to complete at their own time. The event welcomes all abilities and ages, and children may wear superhero or princess costumes and bring wheeled items such as strollers, bikes, scooters, or wagons.
