Ferguson Fitness is excited to bring you another awesome HYROX Race Simulation event!

Join us a Half-HYROX Race Simulation at our Rivers Edge Studio. Participants will complete HALF the distances for running and exercise zones of a full HYROX Fitness Race. HYROX Fitness Race details and HYROX Rules can be found at https://hyrox.com/the-fitness-race/

Individual, Doubles and Relay Team Heats Available!

*Individual & Doubles competitors run 500m (.31 miles) every round. Doubles teams can split up the HYROX zones.

*Relay teams are teams of 4 and each person completes 2 running laps and 2 of the HYROX zones.
