Ferguson Fitness hosts a Half-HYROX Race Simulation on July 11, 2026, at Rivers Edge Studio in Roanoke, VA. Participants complete a 4K distance combined with exercise zones including skiing, sled push, sled rope pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, kettlebell farmer's carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. Individual, doubles, and relay team formats are available, with relay teams consisting of four participants. All finishers receive medals and shirts, with additional awards given for top times in each division.
