The race.
On July 11, 2026, in Roanoke, VA, the Freedom HYROX Youngstars Race Sim offers three distances—600m, 800m, and 1600m—for youth ages 8–15. Participants complete a course combining running with functional training stations including SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps or frogger jumps, rowing, farmers carry, lunges, and wall balls or squats. Exercise movements and weights are adapted by age group. This simulation precedes the official US HYROX Youngstars launch scheduled for November 2026.
