The race.
Furgiving Run: Turkey Trot takes place November 22, 2026, in Long Beach, CA, starting at 5400 E Ocean Blvd. Runners choose from five distances: a 300-yard Kids Dash (9:15 AM start), 1-mile Family race (8:30 AM), 5K (8:30 AM), 10K (8:30 AM), and 13.1-mile half marathon (7:00 AM). The course follows the Long Beach shoreline on a flat, paved beach path. Same-day registration and bib pickup open at 6:00 AM. All finishers receive medals, and the race offers overall and age-group awards. Free race-day photos are provided at the finish line, along with a festival atmosphere. Dogs on leash and strollers are welcome.
