Great Bay 5K | Race for a Healthy Estuary 2026

The race.

The Great Bay 5K takes place October 24, 2026, in Stratham, NH, as the final event in the Seacoast Road Race Series. The 5K course follows the shores of Great Bay. Wheelchair racers start at 8:45 a.m., with runners and walkers starting at 9:00 a.m.; non-motorized wheelchairs only. All participants receive a long-sleeve race shirt and a bib with tear strips redeemable for free beer or cider at select local establishments. Register by October 1 to guarantee a race shirt; shirts may be available on race day while supplies last. All proceeds benefit Great Bay Stewards, a nonprofit supporting conservation, education, and research of the Great Bay Estuary.
