Gummball 5K 2026

The race.

The Gummball 5K takes place September 19, 2026, in Brighton, CO at Adams County Regional Park. This 5K race honors fallen Adams County Sheriff's Deputy Heath Gumm. Registration costs $30 for ages 13 and up, $10 for ages 12 and under, or free for ages 12 and under without shirt or bib. Entry deadline is September 18, 2026 at 4:00 p.m., with day-of registration available on race day. Packet pickup occurs September 18 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Adams County Sheriff's Office Substation, 4201 E. 72nd Ave., Commerce City, or on race day. Guaranteed shirts are included with registration completed by September 6. Awards are given to the top two male and female finishers age 18 and up, and top male and female finishers ages 13–17. Proceeds benefit nonprofits supporting law enforcement and first responders, including the Colorado Police Canine Association.
