The race.

Halloween Trick or Trot Run offers 5K, 10K, 13.1-mile, and 1-mile distances on October 31, 2026, in Kansas City, Missouri. Participants may choose from four wave start times beginning at 7:30 a.m., with registration capped per wave on a first-come basis. All paces and ages welcome; participants under 18 must have a guardian. Finishers receive a race shirt (shipped to U.S. address), finisher's medal, towel or giveaway item, digital training pack, and online certificate. Race bibs are distributed on race day; timing is optional and self-tracked. A virtual option is available. Optional post-race fundraising directs $1 per logged mile to partnering charities.
