Veterans Day Freedom Run 5K/10K/13.1 KANSAS CITY 2026

The race.

The Veterans Day Freedom Run takes place on November 14, 2026, in Kansas City, Missouri, offering 5K, 10K, half-marathon, and 1-mile distance options across multiple waves beginning at 7:30 a.m. Participants may run or walk at any pace, with optional fundraising benefiting a charity of choice. Race participants receive a finisher's medal, technical running shirt (shipped to their registration address), finisher's towel or giveaway item, digital training pack, and online certificate of completion. Timing is optional and can be tracked via personal app or with coordinator assistance. Virtual run participation is also available. Packet pickup is not required, as race bibs are distributed on race day.
