The Healthy Kids Running Series Fall 2026 event in Hoffman Estates takes place on September 13, 2026, featuring age-appropriate running distances from a 50-yard dash for ages 2–3 through a 1-mile run for grades 4–8. A Challenger Division offers a 75-yard adaptive race for children with disabilities and special needs, with support from parents and friends allowed on the course. Series registration covers five weekly races, includes race bibs each week, a runner shirt, and a finisher medal awarded in week 5. Single-day walk-up registration is available onsite one hour before each race and covers one race only; single-day participants do not receive a shirt or series scoring but may upgrade to the full series. Trophies are awarded to top overall finishers by division and gender in kindergarten through 8th grade and the Challenger Division. A makeup date is scheduled for October 11, 2026.
