Healthy Kids Running Series Fall 2026 - Johnson City, TN

The Healthy Kids Running Series Fall 2026 event in Kingsport, TN features five weekly races for children PreK through 8th grade. Age-appropriate distances include 50-yard and 75-yard dashes, 1/4 mile, 1/2 mile, and 1-mile runs across multiple divisions. A Challenger Division offers an adaptive 75-yard dash for children with disabilities and special needs, with support persons and assistive devices permitted on the course. Series registration includes race bibs each week, a runner shirt, finisher medal, and sponsor giveaways; single-day walk-up registration is available onsite one hour before each race. All participants receive a medal in week five, and overall top finishers in each division earn trophies. A makeup date is scheduled for October 18, 2026.
