The race.
The Healthy Kids Running Series Fall 2026 Marion event takes place on September 13, 2026, in Marion, IL. This five-week program offers age-appropriate running races for children, with 4th and 5th grade participants competing in a 1-mile run and 6th to 8th graders also running 1 mile. Registration covers all five weeks and includes race bibs each week, a runner shirt, and a finisher medal awarded in week five. Overall top finishers in each division receive trophies. Single-day registration opens one hour before each race for participants unable to commit to the full series.
