The race.

Heartfelt Help Foundation's fourth annual 5K event takes place on September 29, 2026, in Petaluma, CA. Participants may run, walk, hike, bike, swim, or dance the 5K distance. Proceeds support heart transplant recipients in Northern California, funding lodging assistance, non-medical expenses, and other costs not covered by insurance. Early registration closes August 29; register yourself and five friends by this date to receive a $20 refund. The event is virtual, allowing participation from any location.
