The Heatwave Half Marathon takes place in San Antonio on August 1, 2026, and offers a half marathon distance alongside 10K, 5K, and 1-mile options. Half marathon, 10K, and 5K registrants receive a custom bib, designer shirt, and finisher medal, with chip timing and live results available.
