Hope and Heroes Run 2026

The race.

The Hope and Heroes Run takes place on October 11, 2026, at Marymoor Park in Redmond, Washington. Sound to Summit Running Company organizes in-person races in distances of 0.4 miles, 5K, and 10K, along with a 3.1-mile stroll option and virtual versions of the 5K, 10K, and stroll. In-person events begin with check-in at 8:15 AM, followed by the 0.4-mile Super Sidekick Dash at 9:15 AM for ages 0–5, the 10K at 9:30 AM, the stroll at 9:35 AM, and the 5K at 9:45 AM. Participants who register by September 25, 2026, receive an event t-shirt and finisher medal; the 10K awards age group and overall honors. All finishers in the kids' dash receive a ribbon. A costume contest is held, and superhero costumes are encouraged.
