James Island Connector Run 2026

The race.

The James Island Connector Run takes place on October 17, 2026, in Charleston, SC, offering 8K, 5K, and 10K bike options. All events start at 8:00 am from the James Island side of the connector, running an out-and-back USATF-certified course that stays on the connector with no exit ramps. Packet pickup is available Thursday, October 15 from 11 am to 6 pm at Fleet Feet Mount Pleasant, or race morning from 6:30 to 7:50 am at the start. All finishers receive medals, and awards go three-deep to top overall finishers, age groups, masters, and walkers. Shirts are provided to early registrants while supplies last; those registering close to race day may not receive one. The connector closes at 6 am and reopens by noon.
