The July 4th Run takes place in Seattle, WA on July 4, 2026, offering 5K and 10K distances. Participants may choose from four wave start times beginning at 7:30 AM, with later arrivals accommodated within three hours of the first wave. All ages and paces are welcome to run or walk.
