Kids Run Columbus is a six-week training program for kindergarten through sixth grade held at Hardaway High School on Thursday evenings from 6 to 7 p.m., running from June 25 through July 30, 2026. Each weekly session includes 20 to 30 minutes of training followed by a run starting at one-quarter mile and progressing to one mile or more based on individual ability. Registration costs $20 and includes a t-shirt, certificate, and a $5 discount toward the target race, the Lakebottom 1 mile or 5K on Saturday, August 1 at Lakebottom Park.
