The race.

The Ladybug Run for CDH Awareness takes place July 11, 2026, in Portland, OR, featuring 5K and 10K distances along with shorter youth distances of 800m, 100m, and 1 mile. The course runs through Cook Park in Tigard and neighboring areas along the Tualatin River. All 5K and 10K finishers receive a shirt and medal. Virtual participation is available for both distances, with participants receiving a bib, shirt, and medal. Race proceeds benefit the Ladybug CDH Foundation to support awareness, research, and family assistance for Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia.
