Lakeside Loops 5K and 10K takes place Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at Stony Creek Metropark in Shelby Township. The 5K trail run/walk starts at 6:30 p.m., while the 10K trail run and 10K trail ruck both start at 6:20 p.m. Eastwood Beach serves as the start/finish location and post-race gathering area. All participants receive a finisher medal and soft muscle shirt (while supplies last, first-come, first-served at registration). Age group awards are given in running categories; the 10K ruck division includes a ruck patch but no competitive awards. Packet pickup and race-day registration open at 5 p.m. A daily Huron-Clinton Metropark vehicle pass ($10) is required for parking.
