LifeAct's Move for Mental Health 5K Run 2026

LifeAct's Move for Mental Health 5K Run takes place on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo in Cleveland, Ohio. The 5K run/walk begins at 8:30 a.m., with a separate 1-mile untimed walk starting at 8:45 a.m. Registration and packet pickup start at 7:30 a.m., followed by an awards ceremony at 9:30 a.m. Registration costs $30 through August 5, $35 from August 6 through October 10, and $40 on race day; mailed entries must arrive by October 7. The 5K is chip-timed. All registrations include a commemorative t-shirt, access to informational wellness booths, and eligibility for top runner and fundraising awards. Awards are given to top 3 overall finishers by gender and top 3 fundraising teams. Proceeds support LifeAct's mission to prevent teen suicide through education and awareness.
