The Lucky Kidney Run, part of Knox Shamrock Fest, takes place March 14, 2026, in Knoxville, Tennessee. The event offers a 6K, 1-mile run, 2K, and virtual options, benefiting the East Tennessee Kidney Foundation. The 6K and 1-mile races start at World's Fair Park and follow an out-and-back course along 2nd Creek Greenway and Neyland Drive, finishing at World's Fair Park. The 6K starts at 9 a.m. with a 1 hour 20 minute cutoff; the 1-mile begins around 9:05 a.m. Registration includes an event shirt (guaranteed if registered by February 20), race number, and packet. Age group awards go to top performers in 10-year increments for the 6K; the 1-mile awards medals to the top 25 finishers. Packet pickup is available March 11–12 at two locations or race morning at World's Fair Park. A water stop is positioned at the halfway point.
