The race.
Medal Madness offers 5K and 10K races on March 28, 2026, in Knoxville, Tennessee. Both events start at 8:30 AM near the Knoxville Parks & Recreation building. The 5K course consists of an out-and-back route completed twice, while the 10K follows the same out-and-back path four times. Packet pickup runs from 8:00 AM until 8:20 AM. All participants must register in advance through RunSignup; on-site registration is not available. The course time limit is 2 hours.
