Olga Memorial Footrace 2026

The race.

The 29th Annual Olga Memorial Footrace takes place on August 15, 2026, in Saranac Lake, NY, offering 5K and 10K running distances plus a 5K walk. The race starts at 9:00 a.m. at Berkeley Green (Main Street and Broadway), with race-day registration beginning at 8:00 a.m. Registration includes a t-shirt and runner's bag; pre-registration costs $25, race-day registration $30 for individuals, with youth options at $10–$15 and a family maximum rate of $75 for two adults and two children. The course circles Moody Pond and passes Lake Flower, with the 10K covering two loops. Finishers receive free refreshments at three water stations along the route, and awards go to the top three finishers by gender in each age group for the 5K and 10K runs and to the top two age divisions by gender for the walk. Proceeds benefit the Saranac Lake Youth Center programming and the Saranac Lake Rotary Club's literacy initiative.
