Pink Flamingo Youth Triathlon 2026

The race.

The Pink Flamingo Youth Triathlon takes place August 2, 2026, in Seven Hills, Ohio, hosted by the City of Seven Hills. Participants ages 10 and under swim 125 meters, bike 1 mile, and run half a mile; those 11 to 15 swim 225 meters, bike 1 mile, and run half a mile. Relay teams complete the 225-meter swim, 1-mile bike, and half-mile run. The swimming portion occurs in a 25-meter pool, while biking and running take place outdoors. Check-in and packet pickup run from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. at the recreation center, with the first heat starting at 9:15 a.m. All participants receive a T-shirt and finisher's medal; awards go to the top three individuals in each age group and top three relay teams. Water and light snacks are available after the race; water stations support the bike-to-run transition and the run course.
