The Pink Ribbon Run takes place on September 26th, 2026 in North Myrtle Beach, SC, offering distances of 10.3 miles, 6.2 miles, 3.1 miles, 1 mile, 4.1 miles, and 9.3 miles, plus virtual 5K and 10K options. Race start times are 7:00am for the 10.3-mile event, 8:30am for the 6.2-mile race, and 9:30am for the 1-mile race. Finishers receive medals and t-shirts. The event supports local breast cancer nonprofits. Participants may enter a challenge option requiring completion of each race before the next one begins with no late starts permitted.
