The race.

The Pocono Mountains Marathon Race Festival takes place October 10, 2026, in Greentown, PA, offering race distances of 26.2 miles, 13.1 miles, 10K, 5K, 15K, 6.2 miles, and 23.2 miles. The entire course runs on paved asphalt roads. The full marathon is certified as a Boston Marathon Qualifier (PA21011NP). All marathon and half marathon finishers receive a finisher's medal and a commemorative plaque for first-time finishers. Race entry includes a technical t-shirt, finisher's medal, and ankle running socks. Early start times are available one hour before the official start for half and full marathons only, with a recommended pace of 15 minutes per mile or slower.
