Quack Attack presented by Athens Ducks Unlimited 2026

The race.

The Quack Attack presented by Athens Ducks Unlimited takes place November 14, 2026, at Big Spring Memorial Park in Athens, AL, and benefits local wetlands conservation efforts. Participants can choose from a 10K, 5K, 1-mile run, or a Sleepy Duck option (shirt only). Race day registration opens at 6:00 a.m., with the 5K starting at 7:00 a.m. and the 1-mile fun run at 8:00 a.m. Early packet pickup is available November 13 from 4:00–6:00 p.m. at Winter Timber Outdoors, or on race morning. All finishers receive a custom participation prize, and competitive racers earn medals: first, second, and third place in eight age groups (12U through 70+), plus overall and masters divisions (40+) and grandmasters (60+). Participants also receive a race shirt, with guaranteed sizes for those who register before the deadline.
