Road Race for Education 2026

The race.

The Road Race for Education takes place September 7, 2026, in Decatur, Georgia, and offers a 5K run/walk, 1-mile fun run, and virtual 5K option. In-person participants receive a race shirt (while supplies last), finisher medal, and access to a USTAF-certified, chipped-timed course that qualifies for the Peachtree Road Race. Virtual participants receive a race shirt with separate packet shipping. Packet pickup occurs August 29, 2026, from 1–5 PM at the Atlanta Masjid of Al-Islam. Registration pricing ranges from $20 for kids to $50 for the 5K through August 1, 2025, with late registration available through August 2, 2026, at $55. Virtual 5K registration costs $45. Registrations are non-refundable but transferable. Race proceeds support Mohammed Schools of Atlanta's educational programs and scholarships.
