Run 4 Beats 2026

The race.

Run 4 Beats is a 5K walk/run event held in Dyersburg, TN that benefits Life Choices Dyersburg. The course begins and ends at Okenna Park, then loops around Dyersburg High School and continues along Parr Avenue past the baseball fields, gymnasium, student services, and Security Bank Building on the DSCC campus. Participants receive a race packet that includes a course map, and the route is marked with signage throughout.
